Rosa Curling

Rosa Curling is an international and UK human rights and public law solicitor. She is an expert in both areas of law, having advised and led litigation, on issues such as freedom of information, the right to privacy, anti-bribery laws, anti-corruption laws, immigration and refugee law, right to life, right to death, welfare benefits, access to education services, death penalty, torture, access to health services, international aid, unlawful detention, as well as climate change and environmental law. Her cases include the recently successful challenge to the UK’s export of arms to Saudi Arabia, arms which are fuelling the conflict in Yemen. She has previously been shortlisted for Human Rights Lawyer of the Year and is currently shortlisted for Public Law Solicitor of the Year.
